Note: Products returned without necessary paperwork, without a return authorization number, or more than ninety (30) days after the invoice date, may be returned to the customer.
All new, unused items and all unopened collectible items have a thirty days (30) return policy for full refund of original purchase price from date of invoice, or sixty (60) days for store credit of the original purchase price from original date of invoice.
Please understand that dented box corners/sides, damaged flaps, etc are sometimes inevitable We take great care of our shipments and try our best to send out all mint condition boxes and securely wrapped and padded. Sometimes the shipping process of the items to you or to our warehouse from the manufacture, there are chances of certain outer boxes getting a little dent. We ask that If the damage is limited to the outer box of the product (such as a crushed corner or bent lid) and the actual product is undamaged, we ask that you grin and bear it if at all possible and accept our apologies.
However, if the actual product has been harmed, then take more photos to document the problem, and write to us with your photos within 10 days of receiving the item. We will arrange to supply you with replacement parts or a new item (at our discretion) at no charge. In some cases we may request that you return the damaged item to us, but in these cases we will credit you for the postage cost you paid to do so. In cases where replacement merchandise is not available, we will refund some or all of your purchase price of the item, depending on its condition.
Please know that due to the nature of most figurines, figmas, scale models and toys, there are slight variations in marksmanship of each product. We thoroughly inspect all products before each shipment for defects.
Due to the collectible nature of some products sold on Anime Blvd, some products are not returnable if opened, taken out of the box or removal of factory sealing tape, for any reason. This would include all scale figures, nendoroids, figmas, figuarts, action figures, and model kits. In the rare instances that you believe there is a defect in a product or missing parts, please contact us prior to returning the product(s) to us.
All other items follows the same thirty (30) days return policy in brand new, unused conditions for full refund or sixty (60) days for store credit..
New, unused or unopened products can be exchanged or refunded (credit card purchases will be credited back to the card) for the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of the date on your purchase invoice. Items can still be returned within sixty (60) days but only store credit will be issued if the return is past thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase invoice .
All of the products sold on Anime Blvd are new and factory sealed. If on the rare occasion that the merchandise is defective due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will promptly exchange the product for another or issue a refund if the product is no longer unavailable.
Prior to returning an item(s), please contact us to see if the problem(s) is/are able to be resolved without shipping the product(s) back to us. If it is unable to be resolved, you will be required to fill out an RMA request form provided by a customer service representative with a shipping deadline. Please ship your items before the deadline or your returns might be delayed. Once your item(s) are received, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing of your return(s).
If your return item is due to a manufacture defect we will provide the return shipping label free of charge along with the RMA request from. Please fill out an RMA request form and return it to your customer service representative to start processing your returns.
If you are returning an item due to personal reasons, the customer (you) are responsible for all shipping related charges to ship the item back to Anime Blvd. Please insure your return package is packaged and padded carefully and it is shipped through a responsible and track-able carrier. Anime Blvd is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns sent to us by the customer.
